Anne Francois

Communications & Events Manager

Anne Francois manages communications and events at the Dodge Foundation, with a focus on streamlining communications and events operations, while also amplifying grantee stories, and facilitating meaningful event engagements across our communities.

Anne Francois (she/her/hers) is a dedicated nonprofit management professional with a passion for communications and social justice. 
 
Throughout her career, Anne has made significant contributions to organizations such as the Unitarian Universalist United Nations Office and Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey. Before joining the Dodge Foundation, Anne held the role of Deputy Director of Communications and Marketing at the GO Foundation. The GO Foundation harnesses the power of national service, offering high-dosage tutoring and mentorship opportunities to students at GO’s partner schools. In her capacity, Anne served as the primary communications representative and directed internal marketing strategies for the GO Foundation. 
 
Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the College of St. Elizabeth. Additionally, she earned a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the New School. Currently residing in Philadelphia, PA, Anne lives with her partner, Shawn, and their daughter, Ghazi.
