Educational Arts Team

Through the power of the arts the Educational Arts Team (EAT) provides young people with experiences that transform hearts and minds. Educational Arts Team believes that the arts are an essential way to help young people realize academic success, increase self-worth, and create a vision of a positive future. To that end EAT incorporated in 1981 to improve literacy for low income urban students in underperforming schools and provide positive cultural, social and recreational experiences during the summer months for local children. Whether it's in the classroom or at a summer day camp, EAT inspires children to get excited about learning, interact with one another meaningfully, and learn how to better communicate face-to-face and pencil to paper.
