Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Hesham Tamraz draws on his 20 years of experience in the field to lead the overall planning and execution of all IT functions at the Dodge Foundation as well as oversee grantmaking operations and manage facilities.

Hesham Tamraz (he/him/his) leads the overall planning and execution of all IT functions and facilities management as well as overseeing grantmaking operations at the Dodge Foundation.

Hesham has 20 years of experience in leading and managing operation functions at nonprofit organizations. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Leicester and graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
